Left to foot the bill after the previous renter had returned the 15 ft truck with an empty tank of gas; drove less than 12 KM from pick up point to a gas station to top up. I documented and was told it would be assessed after the return, was later informed that the renal manager would be on holidays and that it would need to be escalated with the main branch/office.
