It took two hours to get the truck through remote pick up. I was told through the app that I needed verification because I had an out of state license (you are a nation wide company and don't rent with an out of state license?) We were advised the keys were in a lockbox on the telephone pole!!!! There were 20 telephone poles!!!!! The truck was filthy, something sticky spilled throughout, everything was dusty inside, and I could see out the windows they were so dirty, I had to clean them before leaving the lot for fear of an accident. When the customer service person on the phone was advised, I was told "when you drop the truck off at your destination then we can take care of it"

Mary PEverything was simple, fast, courteous, & friendly - We rented a 2026 Ford Cargo Van & it was exciting to drive a clean, new, state of the art vehicle - Now we want to buy one - Danny is a delight to do business with - You can't do anything to improve this unless we can convince Danny to throw in some homemade chocolate chip cookies (with walnuts) & cold iced tea.
