When I Google U-HAUL RENTAL to find the location of the facility, it was all too generic but then I was given the Hop's and vines location and spoke with Mr Lopez then I really got some information that I could understand! He asked what I was going to be moving and where we could drop it off. He also told us to look over the unit and take pictures because it was very important. I will recommend U-HAUL to all my friends but tell them the best service is at the Hops and Vine location and to see Mr Lopez

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTrailer was so old that several people assumed I had purchased it. The door would get stuck when it was open. This particular trailer should be taken out of service, or at least repainted. Staff at this location were fantastic and friendly.
PATRICK MI would recommend the location. I would not recommend UHAUL EVER AGAIN. Booked 2 weeks ahead had to up size the truck to get one. . Didn’t have my truck at my location and didn’t notify me until I was on the road driving through the mountains where cell signals are not consistent. The first change they made the truck was a 5 hour round trip away. I complained, they gave a smaller truck in town. Showed up to get it and it was gone….no truck. Sent me to a third location all they had was a full size 26’ truck. Truck needed gas. Had to pay a large fuel fee…though it was returned with the same amount of gas. Worst customer service experience in terms of getting a solution. In the end I was “lucky” to get a truck. Will never do this again.

Alan KWhile the rig was spotless inside the cab, the outside was really dirty; particularly the windshield, windows and front end/lights, etc. It looked like it was in the worst "bug swarm" ever seen. The staff is very nice, but they run short-handed as the U-Haul location is tied to their liquor store business and so the staff is multitasking between the two and so wait times in line for check in/check out can be very long.
