The drop off address that we were provided was incorrect. It took us to a car dealership. I called the Uhaul support line three times during the process but was not provided assistance until I told the rep that we had dropped it at Troy Self-Storage. The entire rental process was very disappointing. We have used UHaul in the past (15 years ago) but I will be hesitant to use again.
