I am still waiting for a supervisor to call me because of the issues I had Sunday my original drop off spot was in Newman in the middle of a cornfield. Then I was told I wasn’t gonna be charged mileage when I got to Tono, which I was charged mileage. The person at the drop off stop was very helpful. He called customer service who kindly told us that we had to pay $80 for mileage when I so we wouldn’t. She kept talking over us and said there’s nothing she could do. she said she he needed to talk to Dustin AFC or something like that he proceeds to talk to Dustin who says what do you want I’m at church with my kids and family. It’s Sunday and gives the man attitude because he wasn’t listening to him and still try charging me $50. I ended up leaving not paying anything because the guy was nice enough and put it on Hold. I called on Sunday and asked to speak to a supervisor was told I’d hear something by Tuesday, July 28at 5 PM and here it is July 29 and I still have not heard from Dustin supervisor. I then wasted two hours of my day on Sunday when I’m supposed to be going to church with my family because of their mistake and still did not fix it and still have not called. What about me and my family wasting two hours of my day I’m not the one that’s working. Dustin is it is his job to fix these mistakes whether it’s on Monday or Sunday when he’s at church I still would like to talk to a supervisor about getting my money back for the crappy service. I had the entire service.
