How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner was very unprofessional. I was charged extra for damage to the truck that was not done by me because he failed to be clear about the process. I was not informed to take pictures of the truck prior to renting.

JOHN NReservation only allowing 1 way from this location is frustrating, but worked ok for me… this time. I understand the business model, but maybe a fee for allowing reservation a week in advance, or some solution.
