Just dropped the truck off here but overall easy facility to use. Maybe add a cleaning station ot a specific spot on yard for after hours drop off?

Even though the store was open, the person who handles the uhaul part of the business wasn’t there so we had to let the cashiers know we returned it. Personally, I like to have someone there so I can check it in in-person so I know it’s all taken care of and there’s no issues later.
