1. Our reservation for the truck was changed with the addition of the dispatch system for the trailer 2. The trailer needed to be picked up from a different location from the truck requested 3. The hours shown through the app for the destination location were inaccurate compared to the internal system that U-Haul uses, so nobody was present at location - self service was inaccurate for the gas level; there was nobody to speak with or ask about this.
