I was charged for a dolly rental that I did not receive. I called customer servive at the location before leaving with the truck. They told me that there was no dolly on site and that I would not be charged. I also sent a note when I returned the truck because it was still on the invoice. I get me receipt today and it is still on there. There is never anyone at this loication so any type of help or customer service is non existant.

Your application never gave me a drop off location, so I found one. I went there and pressed the return trailer button and nothing happened. I spoke to the clerk who advised it was fine to leave it. 30 minutes later, the application sent a text and link directing me to a different location and prompting me through the return process. So I went back, picked the trailer up and returned it as prompted. This part was a huge hassle.

MARION DGas was on 1/3 of a tank. I reserved 24 blankets too. No blankets. District manager had no solution.
