Reginald hI had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. I notified the staff that I would be coming in the following day to make my payment, but despite communicating that, the truck was repossessed before I had the opportunity to do so. This completely threw off my schedule and caused me to scramble for other transportation for an event I had already planned. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. A simple phone call or willingness to work with me after I had already communicated my intentions could have prevented this entire situation. While the truck itself was clean, the customer service and handling of my account were unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
