Frankly, it’s fine if you just want a place to drop it off that is close by. I didn’t realize it was a vape shop. I didn’t know where to park the truck as it was big and there wasn’t much room there. There was a grassy lot next-door, but I didn’t see any entrance to get there except right off the street. Then the guy originally wanted me to wait as he was doing something on his phone (could have been legitimate business) and then when I was checking out, said he would send the receipt later. I said no I need the receipt now. That I needed him to check in the truck and make sure that there was no issues and that I could get a clean receipt and know that the job is complete. Then the receipt wasn’t coming through and he wanted me to leave, but I was unwilling to until I got the official receipt. He offered to let me take a picture of it on his device. That didn’t make me comfortable either. But I did take a picture of it and eventually it did come through. Everything felt a little sketchy and I wasn’t a valued customer. I think the customer service skills need to be improved and making the person fee values and the rental process is completed properly.

Frank BThis place was absolutely amazing
jose gThe service at this location absolutely stinks. I've never written a review on UHAUL services, and I rent a truck at least once a week for well over 5 years. The lady at the counter appears to be under some type of substance or abusing either drug or alcohol or both. I rented a vehicle with 5/8 gas. I returned the vehicle, and filled with gas back to 5/8 gas. I was charged for a half tank of gas. I went back to location to show the picture I took with the return gas level, and only drove 48 miles. How is it possible to use 1/2 tank of gas? Her response was, take it up with corporate. Wow, wow, wow
