The service at this location absolutely stinks. I've never written a review on UHAUL services, and I rent a truck at least once a week for well over 5 years. The lady at the counter appears to be under some type of substance or abusing either drug or alcohol or both. I rented a vehicle with 5/8 gas. I returned the vehicle, and filled with gas back to 5/8 gas. I was charged for a half tank of gas. I went back to location to show the picture I took with the return gas level, and only drove 48 miles. How is it possible to use 1/2 tank of gas? Her response was, take it up with corporate. Wow, wow, wow
NEIL AThe trouble I had was having to go from Chesapeake to Va Beach to pick up my truck. I decline insure at one location only to find the other location charged me for insurance. When I went back to the other location, the clerk couldn’t refund the charge. The girl at the vape shop needs some training. I would still like a refund of $64 for insurance I didn’t want.
