Facility is in a rural area and office is in a trailer, which is fine but this was not the location that I initially selected on my online rental. This was a very inconvenient change for me. Also, on two phones, the location on maps was incorrect and led us to some private driveway. This should be revised. The online pickup process is somewhat slow and cumbersome and the picture taking process times out quickly. A UHaul issue that needs to be improved. The operator of the location was very helpful and attentive and got us set up with truck and trailer so it was a pleasure doing business with him. Truck was new and performed very well. Trailer was also new and was an excellent design and easy to use.

The difference between the first rating and the second rating is that the people at the second location was very rude. And also there wasn't really helpful in the situation that I was going through, what that also said is that the gentleman charged me for things I shouldn't even have got charged for just so that way. They can get more money. I would never in my lifetime deal with this person, again with that said, I've ran it. You hall trucks, vans trailers for the last. What 45 years and never had a problem till I got to this second location to drop off the truck. Did I rent it? And if you really want the situation, somebody needs to get in contact with me. And not only compensate me for the going through that stuff but also the return my deposit that I was told that I will get my deposit when I get to the second location. And I didn't get it period
EDWIN WThe gentleman had a hard time with the contract and stated that it was U-Hauls program. He called another guy a couple times and that guy said to leave the other registered driver off to see if that would allow it to go through and it did not. We were there for two hours and it only got completed because I logged into the app and made a reservation for the trailer. He was then able to complete the contract and give us the trailer.

Johnny HI received a call the day before pick up. No truck was available at location I made reservation for. A truck was available at Von Ormy and could even be picked up that friday. If it was available the day before, why didn't UHaul deliver it to my selected pick up location? Owner of location said the day before that he is always late to open when I called to get directions. True to his word, three or four customers were waiting at the gate to be let in. He kept iterating that UHaul is just a part time endeavor and they do not pay enough for his time and effort. He did not go with me to inspect and drive off with my rental. They fuel light was on with 38 miles to empty. Debris and box in the back. The location on the lot where rental was parked was high weeds with stickers everywhere. We were full of them on our clothes. Very sad.
