I was new to connecting a trailer and the rep didn’t offer to help but said she would check it. I connected it the trailer as best I knew how and then waited and waited for the rep to check it. When she didn’t come out to check, I went in and she told me I was good to go. A bit more customer service would be nice and what I expect from UHAUL
