The young Hispanic lady who runs this location is very nice and helpful. It is the 2nd time I have worked with her. The previous time was in December 2025.

The dolleys were loose in the truck and banging around. Also the blankets/pads were not folded and just thrown in the truck so I had to refold them and move them for use.

Joe PI was new to connecting a trailer and the rep didn’t offer to help but said she would check it. I connected it the trailer as best I knew how and then waited and waited for the rep to check it. When she didn’t come out to check, I went in and she told me I was good to go. A bit more customer service would be nice and what I expect from UHAUL
