FRED BMy pick up location was changed by U-Haul and I was never notified. Therefore, I went to the wrong location which was listed on my receipt and then had to commute half hour away to where the vehicle was again I was never notified. The only other issue I had was when I dropped off the vehicle. I saw that I was charged an additional $27 because I did not fold the blankets. nobody told me that was required to do it may have been in the fine print.
Christos KI wanted a pickup truck but this location does not have them. I chose a van but due to my age and physical limitations, it was not as easy to load as I wanted.
