Washington was fine - however it was moved there from original agreement from jasper due to my drop off preference at bloomington (which later was attempted to change). before i got back to my home in huntingburg from washington i received a call from uhaul representative trying to convince me to change my dropoff to terre haute (which is not that close and inconvenient). i found this unprofessional.

There was no one in the building so we had to drop the key in a drop box.
Diane RU-Haul smoked while going down the road. Customer service was horrendous! Tried to call to get help. The lady that was suppose to be helping us hung up on us. No clear directions on where to receive the keys since they were closed. Over all horrible experience.
