The manager was very helpful. I needed to reschedule due to a delay and he handled it all over the phone. He hooked up everything for me, made sure I had the needed supplies, and was courteous throughout.

TERRY S. Drop off in Wauseon was not that great since there was a pair of sunglasses left in the vehicle and the owner never called me to see if I wanted them (they were expensive). He likely kept them. That is ok, they were not mine, but I left them in plain view just to see if he would call. I got no such call. I did not want to take them because they were not mine

tyler cSomeone left a USB plug in the power point. That was nice to have. 1st time using on line process, a little different. Maybe you can do a whole YouTube video for the whole process(?). OVERALL very happy with the entire process and will Definitely use Uhaul again.
