Hours on U-Haul said open until 1700 on Sunday. Google Maps said open until 1700 on Sunday. Even called that Sunday morning and talked to someone. Adjusted travel plans to ensure getting there before 1700. Showed up before 1700 and place was closed up. No one around. Not a huge fan of returning the equipment via the app and wanted a person to be there to check in truck.

No one was present at the location upon arrival and an associate from the restaurant in the parking lot assisted about 30 minutes later and was very courteous and made the experience better
Marcus MPossibly the easiest pickup and drop off of the rental I've ever had. 90% of the work was done before I ever got to the car and for the drop off I literally ended the guys the keys and walked away... Terrific experience
Derek MFirst time since I've been renting UHauls that a representative didn't contact me when equipment was unavailable. I originally rented moving blankets and when I arrived at the pickup site I was informed they didn't have any. This breakdown in communication left me scrambling a bit to safely finish my move. I will continue to rent from UHaul and just make sure I address this in the future
