I told the man at the pickup location when I would be dropping off my equipment. I was never told that I would be charged an extra day or I would have waited to pick up until right before they closed. I received a text saying I was supposed to drop off the trailer at 2:30. I was not able to drop off until 430 as we were in the middle of off loading when I received the text. I was charged an additional day and feel I shouldn’t have been when I told the pickup place when I needed to drop off.

Daiyanis HLocation was closed when I dropped off but clean and the drop box was easy to find
Chris BArrived to drop off spot, was never greeted by any one. Not sure how long it took to disconnect as I do not know when they started or when they finished. I noticed a group of people were disconnecting then I waited for someone to tell me I was okay to leave no one came to me. I looked and decided to move forward to check. Then from afar 2 gentlemen walking signaled to move. I began to move and that’s when I noticed they were laughing because each other thought the other had spoken to me. A little more professionalism might improve customer service.
