The cab was full of dog hair and crumbs. The back hadn’t been cleaned out either and was only given a token sweeping when I pointed out its dirtiness. Not to mention the 24 blankets I paid for didn’t exist and he only had 6. All of this despite me going in three days before to make sure everything was prepped and ready and double check of what U-Haul needed from me.

Heather HParking/leaving my vehicle at the U-Haul rental location was not allowed. This is extremely inconvenient. Providing on-site parking would be a great improvement.
