The "App" check-in experience was infuriating, even though it was marketed as a quicker easier way to complete the rental process while not having to go inside the store. I would consider myself more technically savvy than most, and even so, I spent nearly 20 minutes refreshing app errors, taking pictures, contacting relatives to see if they'd be available to take an identity verification call (can't you guys just do a freaking credit soft pull or something??), and chatting with unresponsive CS. And then after all that, I still had to go inside the store and talk to a clerk to get the key. If I ever rent with Uhaul again, I'm never ever ever using the stupid app check in. Just a miserable experience. And I was charged for gas even though I brought the vehicle back with MORE gas than I picked it up with (as proven by the drop off images I took) but I'm too exhausted with the process to bother pursuing that for $12.

The gas tank was not full and i thought itook a picture of the fuel gauge when. I posted the other pictures. When I returned the vehicle, the representative stated it was not her problem and to take it up with U-Haul.

In CThe employee who helped us pick up our uhaul rental was incredible! He was super helpful, kind and efficient and was equally as helpful when returning the uhaul. Would absolutely recommend using this location for rentals.
