Michelle TOutstanding, very simple to drop off the trailer. By that point, I guess that U-Haul's internal records had gotten resolved, because they didn't have any questions about it.
Michael KThis is not the location's fault, but UHaul did a bait and switch on us. I booked the vehicles within one mile from where we needed it. They then changed the location to 10 miles away. I was charged 33 miles when we only drove the vehicle 22 miles.
