Don't lie about milage charges state one rate and then charge another
tracy rOpen sign was on, but no one was there. Door was locked also. I used the app to check myself in and the drop box to leave the key. Tried calling the store three times. No one answered and they have no voicemail either.
Kelly CHad to wait for the owner/manager to get there, was not the place we originally had reserved the truck for which added about 10 miles driven that didn’t need to be. Fuel was on almost empty, was worried I wouldn’t even make it to a gas station.
