Dark not lit side street used for 24/7 service. Very inconvenient. Your charges were excessive and I plan on never using this service again and sharing my opinion with anyone else.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a 26' truck a month prior to my move date. I showed up at 8am to pick up my truck and the rental location I was given did not rent uhauls anymore.. I called 1-800-gouhaul and they finally found me a 15' truck. NOT WHAT I HAD RESERVED. I in turn had to do two 26 mile each way trips so it cost me double in mileage and gas that became more than I would have spent by double. my bill came to 353.00. I was given a 50.00 credit to which I have not seen yet. I am very upset with how stressful not having a truck ready to go and how much more it cost me.
Audra MThe lady who processed my rental was so awesome. Her personality was great she was funny and helpful. Explained everything in great detail. I wish I remembered her name but she was at the Mini Community Storage in Wareham and was awesome. Sorry we just about cleaned out her candy dish.
