I dropped off after hours and used the app which went smoothly. I felt it was a little weird to just drop a trailer off and not have it locked so no one else could just drive off with it, but there were cameras so maybe that is considered enough security. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience for renting the trailer and will recommend to others. Thank you!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLooks like the last customer left some sort of yellow dust (like corn color) but I only had boxes to load so it was not a problem. I vacuumed it out before I returned it so the next customer would have a clean trailer.
