There were no personnel. This appeared to be a deserted business lot in a sketchy part of Wichita Falls. There is a junk yard next door, complete with German shepherd that barked at me the whole time I was at the location at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. If personnel are ever at this location, it was not apparent.

Michael CThe trailer he assigned to me was parked in a gated area in the very back. I had to back up and dodge a semi-tractor and a U-Haul trailer at an angle. I ended up hitting the semi and scratching my pickup really bad. Very frustrating, I will NOT use this U-Haul facility ever again. Not to mention, he opened up later that day. 9:20am... several people were waiting at the door.
Dennis HEverything was great. No complaints.
Patrick FNothing everyone treated me with respect and I will definitely use them again. Thanks guys and God bless yall.
