The truck was parked in a pretty tight space right behind a dumpster. The individual that was preparing the paperwork and issuing the keys asked if I could move the truck out of its parked location. The equipment (furniture pads) that I paid for wasn’t at the pick up location. The same individual stated that I “had to go to another location” if I still wanted the moving pads. I did a U-Haul customer for a very long time. Cross countries of all times, but this experience it’s going to make me consider another company the next time I need a moving truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkReturned after a 12 mile total ride and they keep trying to charge my card for $56 and $42 and now $28 charges when my original charge was $78 and they held $100.. tried saying i returned it with way less gas then borrowed again I drove a total of 12 miles that's not $56 worth of gas and all the other charges randomly trying to be taken dont make sense..
Auora PThere were no personnel. This appeared to be a deserted business lot in a sketchy part of Wichita Falls. There is a junk yard next door, complete with German shepherd that barked at me the whole time I was at the location at 9:00 on a Sunday morning. If personnel are ever at this location, it was not apparent.

Michael CThe trailer he assigned to me was parked in a gated area in the very back. I had to back up and dodge a semi-tractor and a U-Haul trailer at an angle. I ended up hitting the semi and scratching my pickup really bad. Very frustrating, I will NOT use this U-Haul facility ever again. Not to mention, he opened up later that day. 9:20am... several people were waiting at the door.
