I had to wait an hour and for the lady to come back and give me my U-haul. Once receiving my keys, I had to wait in an additional 30 minutes, the entire time watching them unload washers and AC units from the U-Haul that they just rented to me. The next day when I returned, she had fraudulently used the truck and tried to charge me for 100 extra miles. Run from this location.

WALKER SStore hours are posted as 9-5. Pick-up was scheduled for 9am. No one was there. Did online check-in but key had to be icked up at the location's counter. No one showed up until 10:15. I was told they didn't have the key and that it was at another location even though the truck was sitting there. the employee left to get the key and did not return until 10:45 am. Back of truck as dirty and had not been cleaned out. This was a huge delay to my day, not to mention that I initially booked for pick up in Athens, GA to only receive a call on Friday (the day before) that I would need to go out of my way to pick up a truck at another location because no trucks were available in Athens. Extremely poor customer service all around!!! If one is forced to go out of their way to pick-up a truck to accommodate Uhaul's inability to properly reserve trucks, then one should expect the pick-up to go smoothly. 1 hour and 45 minutes delay is unacceptable!!! I would appreciate a refund.
