How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a rainy day.Not A Happy Customer. Unsatisfied with vehicle rented. Heat did not work in the truck.. defrosters did not work windows and windshield fogged up very badly. It was very tough driving the truck. I did report to who worked at the counter. Get these trucks up and running and maintain well for customers.
tom jThe vehicle on the inside was dirty but the staff was amazing.
SHANTEL OThe truck was damaged above the mom’s attic and when it rained caused my couch and couch cushions to get soaked. The location said there was nothing they could do about it. It also smelled liked urine in the truck.
