The tow dolly was broken, which caused my car to slip off, and I almost lost my car because of it. I was given money to cover a front-end alignment for my car because of the damage. Then, after I dropped off the truck, another $25.30 was taken from my payment. I need an explanation for why that additional amount was deducted, especially considering the issues caused by the broken tow dolly.

Brian FI handed the paperwork to the employee who rudely asked me why I was giving it to him, he only needs the key. That's great man, I don't rent Uhauls everyday. Just let me know I can keep the paperwork and you just need the key. This person also directed me to park in front of a fire extinguisher.
