Was supposed to pick up truck in west Hartford. My husband stopped a few days before and was assured a truck would be there for us. Day before received call truck not available at WH location. We drove over an hour away to get the truck. 2 hours of time in gas in my in my own personal vehicle plus an added hour in the haul truck. No reimbursement for gas offered or compensation by U-Haul Very disappointed
