It was inconvenient to pick up at this location. We had scheduled pick up in our town but was notified a few days before pick up that we had to pick it up in another town. Which was surprising because I reserved a truck 3 weeks out. Since the pick up was further from us, it put more mileage on the U-Haul truck and we were charged for 12 additional miles. If we had to drive further for pick up the allowed mileage should have increased.

The truck had garbage smells and residue on the walls of the cargo area. We cleaned the inside walls a bit before loading our things inside

Robert MThey overcharged me. I typically travel over 100 miles. The dealer will charge a day rate for the vehicle and a lower per-mile rate. I was expecting to spend less than $200 and it was significantly over $200. Then I got an excuse that he was not able to offer a day rate. I don't buy it nor should others.
