How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe "3/8" fuel tank requirement is a source of irritation. As the actual fuel gauge has no 3/8 tank markings it at best a crude estimate subject to dispute. I was charged at dropoff for an "underfill" 15 L charge which I DO NOT AGREE with. This is just a point of conflict and a better fill point ie 1/4 tank is in fact visible in the actual gauge. I made a effort to ensure it was returned with the magical 3/8 and when the truck was picked up it did not have 3/8 tank, so I assume that rental had a fuel penalty as well.....it appears to be a profit center paid for by us. Not happy. I have rented many u-hauls and this is a first for me. Not happy. I was advised at drop off "everything was fine" For u-haul, indeed it was an extra $41.45. Nice. Not happy.
Mark GThe truck wasn’t the size we requested and then we were charged for the much larger truck. The felts we requested weren’t provided. So although we didn’t pay for them, we actually needed them.
Jennifer SThe people were great, but there hands were tied as there is not enough trailers and trucks in there location. More trailers need to be brought to that location please.
