I legit only booked it here BC when I booked originally I needed a dolly. Uhaul said this was the only location with one. We show up and the didn't even have one, the truck was in terrible shape with no gas and they tried to say there was a quarter tank. Pretty terrible experience overall.

Terrible service. Terrible response to my previous email. Matter of fact no response at all. Truck had half eaten food and lawn chairs in the back. Retailer didn't give a shit. Had to clean out the truck myself. Refund should be issued

Miltiadis MMake sure the windows are shut drivers window was open so the seat was soaked upon pick up. also gave me the wrong number of moving blankets was supposed to get 24 (paid for 24) and was only given 11.
CADE BU haul dealer is not good. I paid almost 60$ only for gas because he didn't give me even half tank gas when I went for pickup. When I went for drop off then he said gas was full and argue with me and my husband, then We went to Gas station again and spent dollars again. Even I showed pictures of millage before and after. One of the poor dealer
