Left out my dolly and furniture pads out that I paid for. Also the office was closed when I picked up, making the process much more confusing. I don't think this location is even open on the weekends and I planned in advance to move on a Sunday. This is after already having to get a truck 11" shorter than what I originally requested due to, in my opinion, poor planning and business practices through uhaul the company in general. If you won't have a truck and have all of them supposedly rented out months in advance for college movers, maybe tell someone in advance rather than the day before as what happened to me. That's not the fault of the location, but to have that experience and then also a poor pickup process I found myself incredibly frustrated. I was lucky enough to be able to find the smaller truck in the next uhaul region near me, which led me to this Wooster location, but overall the entire process was just ridiculous. Leaving this review of the company here because I wasn't prompted to comment on it (because of course), and out of the two locations I had to go to this was far worse than the other one. Never got a refund for the price difference for the smaller truck nor for the missing equipment either. Additionally, the truck sounded like it was going to die on me at any second, yet I'm required to buy roadside assistance if I want it; that's predatory in my humble opinion. I've used this company for all 8 of my moves in the past 6 years and honestly I don't think I'll be using their services after this.
