How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location has an issue locating the online reservations. The truck was not cleaned; the truck was parked where I could not take photos and the employee (an African immigrant man) moved the truck while I was taking 360 photos. The mentioned employee was okay at first but became very hostile due to feeling like the truck was blocking one of the many exits. It's not the my, the customer fault if the trucks are parked near one of the exits. The employee was so hostile he was spiting while talking, nasty behavior. I recorded the disturbing behavior and the employee did not care that I was a customer because another customer (who never asked for his assistance) drove up in a pickup truck.
