There was no one at the location. It was just a drop equipment in the lot and leave the key in a mailbox. The phone number I called the lady was helpful in how she wanted the equipment left.

Was sent to 3 different location to get a truck I reserved 2 weeks prior. Drove more than 70 miles out of my way, and then I get in the truck to an empty gas tank
Joshua JThe contract showed 7/8 of a tank of gas when it was actually 5/8. It showed 28,665 miles when it was actually 28,776. I took pictures of both the gas tank and the odometer. Before dropping the truck off I filled the tank to just over 5/8s. Good thing I took the pics. The drop-off site added 4 gallons of gas to get the truck to bring it to 7/8 which of course I was charged for and I was also charged for 6 extra miles due to the wrong odometer reading. Upon calling U Haul customer service the charges were taken off when I sent the pics to them. But Quality Cars QC definitely needs to keep their truck logs more up to date/accurate before renting them out.
carl tNot open in time. The personnel with knowledge of checking out the truck not available. The one who did check me out was late.
Charles RWhen I got to the location, there was a shed with a sign on the door that had another address that I had to go to to pickup the u-haul truck. When I got to the other location, the woman who attended me was very nice, but let me know that they didn’t have the moving blankets I had ordered. When I got into the u-haul, I took pictures of the whole truck and the dashboard. As I was driving, I noticed the oil gauge was low at 30/120. I checked the picture I had previously taken and found the oil gauge read 45/120 when I had initially picked the truck up. I called roadside assistance and went to a “Moving and Storage Location” where they put two quarts of oil but the oil gauge barely changed. They gave me an additional quart in case I needed it. I guess that either the oil gauge is malfunctioning or the truck has a bigger issue.
