People were nice and friendly but I had to wait for my trailer. Was to be picked up at 9:30 but I received a text that it would not be ready until 10:30. Got there about 10:20 and they had to call for Owner to come in. He was 10-15 minutes after that. Again nice people but not on time.

Cecelia Jmust be a new u-haul location. person inside the convenience store did not know how to check in our trailer. i had to call the number on our contract to inform u-haul representative that we had just turn in the trailer and I took pictures of the trailer for verification on where it was returned to. very disappointed in return location.
