After the main U-Haul business in Yakima screwed us over on a reservation we had, we went to Jimmys and made a whole new rental agreement. They had the trailer we were to rent from the main U-Haul rental but could not produce on time. Jimmys was quick and easy to deal with.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was completed via a phone call - might be normal for some seemed a little weird. Dad was at the store; son was on the phone with me. Just felt a little uneasy given the location and store clientele.
