Wrong size truck, no moving blankets, truck only had 1/4 tank of gas. No compensation for not meeting original reservation requirements. U-Haul should compensate me for cost of future rentals if I decide on U-Haul again.

Frank BI returned my trailer 2 days ago but had to fight with Uhual to accept that their trailer was at their location and today they finally did. terrible service.
frank s6x12 trailer has no jack. It’s a relatively heavy rig and not easy to pick up to hook up. Or If I were weaker. Older. Or injured in anyway I would not have been able to lift it up. It’s ridiculous not to have adjustable jacks on them
