The firat issue was that I was 30 minutes late getting all my things moved in on day one and I was locked in the gate and it took an additional 30 minutes for someone to open the gate and let me out, and only after I sent them a photo of my ID. Then two days later I show up at 630 abd my access is denied on the entry pad, reason given 'area closed' but my contract clearly states gate access is fr 5am-10pm. I think maybe there was an issue somewhere and I missed some kind of communication. So i look in my texts and emails and nothing. So I have to turn around and go home with a car full of stuff and a bunch of wasted time and gas amd still have no clue as to what the problem is. Absolutely ridiculous.
sara h | Online Move InThis location no longer participates in the promotion where you rent a truck and get the first month storage free. I wasn't made aware of this until rental time. So I canceled the truck and paid $100 total for the storage space.
ADRIA C | First ImpressionsOnly one issue I had in the almost 4 years of having rented a unit. I was in B109 ( large inside unit). Within the last 6-8 months of me renting, someone moved into a unit and had roaches. It was not addressed for awhile(1 month). I bought combat and used a "Raid" spray instead, of pest fogger, in my unit to kill the pest. Im not sure how often walks thru were done. It just seemed like when I would walk into the building and looking down roaches were dead and alive in the main hallways before getting to my unit..it would have been address asap...you just couldn't unsee it. I got a little annoyed having to purchase out-of-pocket. I wanted to make for certain, before I moved my items out into my new house that the pest were gone. Im fully aware thing like this can happen just didn't like the fact that it wasn't address sooner. Overall 3 years no issues, excellent customer service I started off with a smaller unit ( small closest ) and moved to the bigger unit. Also within 4 years I have rented 4 trucks at various times and great customer service.
