Didn’t appreciate them refusing to prorate my last month especially after we had been renting the storage unit for over a year. Was only in the storage 6 days of our last month and they kept the entire month’s rent. When I asked about the prorate I was rudely told they don’t prorate anything. I was not aware they did this and I will not use U-Haul Storage again.

He explained everything, showed me where things were on a map then took me on a tour and showed me where the unit was. He was very patient on.a very cold day and showed me how to scan in my card or code. The overhead doors were not cooperating (-19) and Nicholas came over every time a customer opened one to make sure it was closed properly. Great guy, great employee!
