Abdulla A | First ImpressionsThe staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a moving truck making a delivery during a snowstorm and it was not safe to get up my driveway. They rented us a storage unit with no prior reservation. I won’t forget U-Haul the next time I rent storage or a vehicle.

daniel p | First ImpressionsI moved out of the storage unit on the 17th so for you guys to say it was a 19th even though I understand from a person I talked to that it takes a little while for it to clear your system it's confusing you should use a different word like you're settling date you moved out on the 17th but the settling dates of 19th

I did not use the storage unit for an entire month. I should not have had to pay for an entire month.
