The customer service was beyond excellent. Both the lance and Zahara they were great. It was nice to receive great customer service from them. Zarhara came helped me with a smile even though it was a few minutes to closing. I was having rough day but that definitely put me in a better mood. Thank you guys. Give them a raise 🙂
shenee p | First ImpressionsThe unit is horrible. The door is rotting, it took 3 people to close it due to it not being on the track properly and being busted. The door at the bottom has holes in it where rodents can get in it. I have videos that I’m willing to send to corporate.

Michael W | Overall ExperienceThere is a rat/mouse infestation in the units. I received a unit full of droppings. I immediately requested another one but it was unacceptable that there were mice running around the place. I felt extremely uncomfortable putting my things there but had no other choice at the time. After moving out, we're now dealing with a mouse issue that came from the units.

She made the experience pleasant especially when we came from a different storage place who was very unprofessional and we left. She was calm, racking jokes back and forth laughing.
