⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve used U-Haul Storage several times over the years, and I keep coming back because I’ve always had such a good experience. The staff has always been kind, welcoming, and willing to help with whatever I need. Moving and storing your belongings can already be stressful enough, so having people who make the process easy really does make a difference. I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my things here and have never had any issues. I truly appreciate the consistently great service and would definitely recommend them!

SHERYL P | First ImpressionsThe storage facility that I used was secure but not well lit, but that’s not a complaint, when you opened the door to the 10 by 10 it had plenty of outside light to see. I guess if it was cloudy might be a little dim. But it was a good facility to rent, very pleased. Storage number 274, a corner storage room, outside, the only complaint I would make is coming out of the storage door on the ground the asphalt was gone , if it rains that will be a mud whole.

Harmony C | First ImpressionsThe young lady that helped close my rental was very nice and professional despite me not being in the best mood due to your customer service calling me 5 minutes before close and telling me they are reporting the unit stolen to police even though I was keeping payments current and answering phone calls. Anyway, I will look to another company for my future truck rental needs because of the extreme threats to my family, safety, freedom, and criminal record but you should consider giving that young lady a raise as the rest of the staff I spoke with only exacerbated the situation and she was only one willing to listen and help find a compromise without literally trying to throw me in prison for grand theft and orphaning my young children. This is abhorrent behavior from a company. Do better uhaul so the next person in my shoes doesn't have their entire lives, and their young children's lives, explicitly threatened over $60.
