Never moved in so why is move out 10/11/25
LINDA B | Overall ExperienceWe had the worst experience, when we took all our stuff to place in our storage unit it was already locked. The staff gave us someone else’s storage unit. It was 7pm and we went straight back to the office and everyone had left. Then for more than 1 hour we called customer service and talked with multiple operators, each one had no idea what had happened and we had to explain the whole situation again and again. Then finally after more than 1 hour 30 minutes we were able to get a new storage unit that was bigger than our initial one so we had to pay more abd was one another floor. We hope that we get compensated for such an inconvenience
