The folks at your shop ordered a trailer hitch for my car, a 2023 Nissan Sentra SV which didn’t fit my car. without checking their resources to see if it would. Come to find out, the trailer hitch that would fit is NO LONGER BEING MADE resulting in my having to use one of your Go Boxes. The people at your location acted like it was not their fault that they ordered the wrong trailer hitch and were downright rude about it. The fact is, I didn’t specify any hitch. They ordered one that would not fit my car without checking exactly whose fault would it have been if not theirs?

We would like to say that Jaci & Abraham were outstanding in their customer service! They helped us out so much! However, the Traffic department really messed us up 2X. Cancelling our truck reservations at the last minute. We drove 800 miles to get to Amarillo, and at the last minute, we had to travel to Dimmitt, TX to pick up our vehicle. We are not happy with the traffic department at all. We cannot recommend the traffic or booking department of U-Haul.
