From the truck rental and return to self storage, this little cation did a great job. I engaged with three different individuals and all three were friendly, courteous and professional. Great experience!!!
Craig S | First ImpressionsThe rating would be higher if my unit hadn't been 'double booked'. After making reservations months in advance, I went into the office on my 'move in date' to get the unit assignment and complete all necessary paperwork. I failed to put the lock on the unit because I wasn't going to be actually moving in until 5 days later. On my moving day I was shocked to learn that I didn't have access any longer. While my team waited, also had to wait in line to learn that they had no record of my or reservations. That staff did a good job of getting me back in another 'split' unit. (two side by side 5X10's instead of a 10X10 that I reserved). The general manager was the one who initially assigned the first unit. Maybe some remedial training by his staff that was there on the day I was moving in would help. Those two ladies (one was an assistant manager) should be commended.

A Q | Overall ExperienceThe lady at counter upon checking out and leaving the facility was very rude, took her sweet time getting to register and to unit to unlock. Treated my son very poorly. If she doesn't like her job she should find someplace else to work. Not ideal for counter CUSTOMER service. Boo

JOHN N | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint I have is that I rented a 10' van to move my belongings in but the bay that I was told to park in and offload was occupied by someone in an SUV that not once, the whole time we were there was actively loading or unloading. They were just parked there. The weird thing is the other 2 bays were empty. My wife, kids and I had to unload from outside.
