The lady at counter upon checking out and leaving the facility was very rude, took her sweet time getting to register and to unit to unlock. Treated my son very poorly. If she doesn't like her job she should find someplace else to work. Not ideal for counter CUSTOMER service. Boo

JOHN N | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint I have is that I rented a 10' van to move my belongings in but the bay that I was told to park in and offload was occupied by someone in an SUV that not once, the whole time we were there was actively loading or unloading. They were just parked there. The weird thing is the other 2 bays were empty. My wife, kids and I had to unload from outside.
