I had my unit for a year there and I feel so blessed. Staff is friendly, helpful and so so kind! Move out was easy and they have been nothing but helpful and kind along the way. I hadn’t touched the inside of my unit for a year and was scared of what I might find when I was able to moved out of it. It was PERFECT! No mince! My old storage place I had to throw away a ton of stuff due to mice ruining everything! This experience at the Jewel Lake location was very clean, well maintained and the ability to drive in out of the weather was amazing. I would recommend to anyone! From the helpfulness to staff, availability of supplies, having to moved to a lower level due to my disability and overcoming a payment issue, every one of the staff had been nothing but kind, understanding and super helpful in anything I needed. Thank you for making this experience above and beyond my expectations and for making me feel that any task was easy to handle, not an inconvenience and I felt like a person and heard.

Terrible customer service.

Kurtis D | Overall ExperienceWe had reserved a first floor outdoor access unit 2 months in advance of needing it and when we went to gain access to it, they didn't have any of that unit size and only had availability on the 3rd floor. They didn't have the larger size that I needed so they set two separate units up and charged me more because of it. Then many times when we went to access the unit, there were sketchy people just sitting in the halls or wandering around inside not accessing a storage unit. Some were in the middle of the day, and others were once the doors were locked and it was by key or code access only. I watched some get in by just typing in a memorized access code that someone had shared with them, they didn't go to a unit but just wandered around. Thankfully I never saw anyone breaking into any units. I also rented a box truck at a specific time to move items and when I came to pick it up, l checked in and walked up to the truck to take the pictures of it, and then watched the manager walk around me next to the truck to to hop in and drive away without saying anything. I had to wait another 15min for him to refuel the truck. I asked for a different truck and they kept assuring me it wouldn't be long and they'd bring my truck back. Not the worst customer service but definitely not great.
