It’s hard to get to or find units due to all the trucks and hitches in the way. There appears as if there an attempt to organize, but it fail miserably. The young man that helped us seemed to be busy typing on the computer that he never acknowledged that we were standing there. After a minute or two passed he asked did we want to rent a truck??? Once he started working with us he seemed more focused and tried diligently to assist us with finding a storage unit.

ARTIST S | Overall ExperienceCheckout was painful! I checked out online, and received a message that it would be processed in (i believe) 48 hours. A few days later I got a rent due notification. Looking at my app, I noticed that the rental was still active. Chat wasn't helpful, since I was simply directed to call the store. When I called the store, they had to "confirm that the unit was indeed vacated," even though I uploaded photos of the vacant unit as required by the app during checkout. Finally, the person I called needed his manager to back out the overdue rent, and I was told they'd call me back in 15 minutes. 2 hours later, when I did not get a call, I had to call back, and have the manager clear everything up! Not the most streamlined or efficient process!!

Thomas M | Overall ExperienceThe staff was friendly, and tried to be helpful but frankly did not seem to be well versed in self storage. We got to the facility with plenty of time before it closed, with a self storage reservation. It took forever to get a unit number, and at first they said that we may not even get a unit which was very stressful. Finally, close to closing they directed us to the wrong building and we could not find our unit. We had to go ask again before we realized our unit was in a different building. We then didn’t have access because it was after hours technically. Fortunately we were able to move everything into storage because I had to leave the following morning and could not come back the next day. Overall, I got everything I needed, but the whole ordeal was extremely stressful and took way longer than necessary.

ARTIST S | First ImpressionsStorage facility was clean however boys working there seemed confused about everything. They told me where it was tried to get in building was locked. They neglected to tell me that my code wouldn’t work for two hours. The actual storage Unit was zip tied when I got to it, had to ask someone else for help who happened to be in their storage unit so that they could help me cut the zip tie off. Had to go back to front office couple times since the front desk did not tell me various info about the unit.
