I was in the store April 9th and made a reservation for June 1 for a 10X10 climate conditioned 1st floor unit. Mid May I called to confirm the reservation and was told everything was set. I went in on June 2nd and they said sorry, we don't have a unit for you - no notice, no explanation, except to claim it was someone else's fault. The clerk was friendly and offered me a non-climate conditioned 8 x 15 unit which I accepted somewhat under pressure. I called the store today and left a message for the manager. He never called me back. The facility seems nice, but the manager and systems suck.

He actually had an very aggressive customer that he had an encounter with during my process the customer was highly upset this young man repeatedly apologized and contacted his manager. The customer was yelling I wanted to intervene but the young man son had finally said I will pay for a dirty truck. I want you to recognized this guy that handle that hostile situation. Most of all it was close to closing time and he completed my process with an smile. I don't know his name except he's studying to become an mechanic.Thank you !!

HAMID N | First ImpressionsWas very pleased with both storage units I had starting with the first one that was larger due to the amount of items I needed to store and then as I was able to downsize made it possible to use a smaller capacity storage unit. Always had great access to the unit and the manager, Ray Richardson was very helpful, courteous and professional whenever I spoke with him. I would highly recommend U-Haul to anyone that has a need for storage units and the many varieties of U-Haul trucks which I have also used several times.
