Jose V. | First ImpressionsPros: The overall Uhaul personnel were very helpful Cons: I had to have 3 points of contact to rent a storage unit, weird and inconvenient, the unit itself was pretty beat up and ill maintained and it was very expensive. The recommend should have a maybe option, despite these issues it's more up front and less predatory of a business model than public storage.
