When I moved in I was granted 24 hours access only for the manager to falsely accuse me of making noise in the storage area when I don't even own a car and instead of calling me to ASK about it he placed a lock on my PAID unit and removed my 24 hours access without first communicating with me but still wanted to collect my money every month. I will never allow decisions to be made when I'm spending almost $300 without my permission. He pays NONE of my bills. I pay HIS. I quickly moved out. Dead lizards and rat poop are in the building for weeks without cleaning even after I requested it multiple times. If half the energy that was put into finding false accusations and gets me was put into keeping the units clean I may still be giving them my money. Racist and sexist manager. Yes, he works but lacks social skills needed to interact with customers. Spoke to his manager and instead of her asking what I would like to see change she blurted out "I'm not going to fire him" and simply dismissed my complaints. I never asked for anyone to be fired. This type of thing nothing new. It's one of those things where nothing will be done, the manager won't be removed until something horrible happens at which point it will be too late for someone and everyone will say "he should have been fired."
