The customer service that was provided was top notch and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at most companies. The facility was the cleanest and well maintained storage facility I’ve ever seen. I didn’t end up using it though due to a screw up with the logistics side of the truck rental side of the business. That and the slightly higher monthly fee made it not worth it in the long run for my needs.
